JIPP TRIP 2019 by JIPP9

As a president, there are additional responsibilities other than in academic field. For example, the organizing of JIPP Trip for JIPP10. I have gained a lot of skills from this experience. I have learned to understand the tasks and to create objectives, action plans and set goals. What I had to be responsible for were developing structure events, strategic planning, training, leading a meeting, coming up with an action plan, and looking at the overall picture of the event. Of course, along the way there were obstacles and challenges, but I was able to apply the knowledge from what I have studied in Psychology to solve the problem such as STAR method– Situation, Task, Action, Result. Having a leadership skill is crucial in most working context in my opinion because not only one have to manage the task, the people should also be taken care of.
