The Faculty of Psychology offers a double degree opportunity
in Thailand (Chulalongkorn University) and Australia (University of Queensland). The program teaches general education and elective courses in psychology to students in all faculties
across Chulalongkorn University.
JIPP is, as of today, the only dual-degree international psychology program (with English as a mode of learning)

Students enroll in Year 1, 2, and Year 4/2
- University of Queensland, Australia
Students enroll in Year 3 and Year 4/1

50% of Tuition fee & Program fee throughout 4-year study including Chula and UQ. Must maintain your 3.50 GPAX each semester.
Program fee at Chula :
96,500 bath/Semester for Thai citizens; 152,700 baht/Semester for Non-Thai citizens.
Program fee at UQ :
Students pay tuition fee rate of approximately AUD 17,xxx /Semester when enrolling at UQ.
Student pay UQ tuition fee of 26,500 Baht still applies while the students enroll at UQ.

Application Submission Process
Step 1: An applicant must fill out JIPP Online Application form to fill out personal detail.
Step 2: Applicant must complete Score Submission
2.1 SAT Submission
- An applicant must send an official report as an electronic copy file via College Board site
by using sending code "7433" to JIPP, Chulalongkorn University Faculty of Psychology.
2.2 English Proficiency Score Report Submission
- TOEFL: An applicant must report by using sending code "7203" to JIPP, Chulalongkorn University Faculty of Psychology.
- IELTS: An applicant must request a test center to send a report to JIPP directly.
- CUTEP: An applicant must submit a hard copy of score report.
Step 3: An applicant must pay application fee.
*Important* To pay application fee of 1,000 Baht, please scan QR Code from your mobile banking application.
Step 4: JIPP Submission Process
An applicant must submit an application form (Hard copy of JIPP Application Form)
at JIPP, Faculty of Psychology OR Postal.
- Follow an application Checklists.
- Prepare a copy of SAT score and English Proficiency Score. (With your signature to verify a copy)

This online certificate equivalency system has been established for all students with a foreign high school diploma OR those attending foreign high school, who wish to request actual Equivalence Certificate or Provisional Equivalence Certificate, in order to apply for an international undergraduate program.
The center provides testing service to the public and high school students for a variety of fields, including English (CU-TEP),
science (CU-ATS), and design (CU-TAD).
Another role is to cooperate with the National Institute of Educational Testing Service, or NIETS, in the selection of high school graduates for direct admission into the university and the testing of O-NET and GAT/PAT.
